Having grown up in Ukraine, I’ve always cherished the rich flavors and traditions of my homeland. After moving to Minnesota, I saw an opportunity to bring a taste of my culture to this incredible community. With a deep love for cooking and a desire to connect people through food, I launched this food truck to share my favorite dishes, from hearty Hot Dogs to delicious Perogis.
